Field Placement Experience
I had my first field placement at a summer camp in July/August.
it was very interesting as I learnt a lot of things relating to my field and documented important notes that were very essential in working with the kids at my placement.
My major responsibilities were

My major responsibilities were
- Organization ( making sure everything was well organized before the kids come in)
- working in teams with the other staffs when ever we are carrying out an activity
- Creating and preparing tasks/activities for the kids
- Art and craft instructor
- Time management.
Favour communication was great. always asking questions when needed.
Favour had willingness to support the camp staff, especially the week in the absence of the Group instructors. creativity to create ideas to run with the students.
Favour was able to connect with the students and make them feel comfortable.
Second Field placement
I had my second placement in an Elementary School.
I worked with the grade 1 students which is really interesting as I gained knowledge in understanding the FLEXIBILITY of kids at the young age learnt and to create activities and search for materials to bring their attention, make them understand what is being thought at their level.
My major responsibilities were:

- Assisting the Classroom teacher
- Assist students who are having difficulty in a subject or activity.
Third Placement
I had my third placement in a Adult Group home.
I worked with individuals with disability who needed assistance in certain areas of their daily routine.
I had to make sure I formed a reliable relationship with the residents in order to gain their trust and for us to work together smoothly and anytime I had difficulty, I made sure to ask the Staff for help and guidance.
My major responsibilities were:

My major responsibilities were:
- Making breakfast for the residents according to their menu
- Support with daily routines and made sure none was skipped
- Provide tasks for the residents to engage.
